The Model Rules were amended at a Special General Meeting held on 26 July 2011. The purpose of the meeting was to review and discuss potential changes to the Model Rules and Statement of Purpose for PurplePipe. The Special General Meeting was discussed at the previous General Meeting and was communicated to all financial members. Refer minutes below and the changes since approved by Consumer Affairs Victoria.
