Marriott Waters

Marriott Waters is the only residential community in Lyndhurst with direct access to class-A recycled water. Every household within the estate is provided with an alternative water supply to flush toilets, irrigate gardens and wash windows and cars. Villawood’s aim is that recycled water use will become a natural part of daily life within their estates.

Research suggests Marriott Waters residents can reduce drinking water consumption by up to as much as 40 percent per household and are not subject to enforced water restrictions, further providing residents the ability to maintain green gardens all year round.

Treated to class-A standard as outlined by the Victorian Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and delivered through separately colour coded, purple pipes, recycled water enters each home independently to potable drinking water and is easy to use.

Marriott Waters is located in Lyndhurst, just 40 minutes south east of the Melbourne CBD.
