Cascades on Clyde

Located in Melbourne’s South-East, Cascades on Clyde will eventually comprise 1004 lots, with over 650 approved under the current planning permit. The project launched in June 2007 and almost 500 sales have been made to date.

14 hectares of wetlands will form a stunning entry to the development. Open parkland, walking tracks and a children’s playground are also key features with over four parks planned to be created throughout the development, the largest over 4 hectares.

Native Australia flora and fauna will be planted around the wetland and park areas. The  Display Village was recently launched, which will ultimately showcase 40 of the best housing designs by leading builders.

South East Water has introduced a dual reticulation system at Cascades on Clyde that provides Class-A recycled water to every home, freeing residents of the hassles of water restrictions.

The master-planned community features recycled, “purple” water pipes installed and fully operational on every lot, which means residents can water their lawns and wash their cars despite drought restrictions on the use of town water.
